BON by Novikov&Starck has prepared a surprise for Halloween. On Friday and Saturday all guests of the restaurant will get gastronomic present created specially for this holiday: fantastic mind-blowing cocktail and pumpkin clafoutis.
Clafoutis is a French desert traditionally made with cherry or pear. BON is an artistic restaurant and everything is very special. That’s way traditional taste of clafoutis exclusively goes here with pumpkin filling.

Legendary restaurant BON by Novikov & Starck entered the list of TOP100 Most Popular Moscow Restaurants by Resto Rate Awards.
On the 19th of October annual ceremony Resto Rate Awards 2011 took place at The Ritz-Carlton Moscow. This award was created to highlight those restaurants who influenced gastronomic culture of Moscow.

On June, 3rd, together with World Fashion Channel and Sobranie brand, tremendous Maurizio Modica and Pierfrancesco Gigliotti, founders and permanent leaders of Frankie Morello, arranged a grandiose enchanting spectacle, having shown their magnificent looks from last collection even earlier, than in the homeland – Milan. New executive chief of BON restaurant, the graduate of legendary Le Cordon Bleu college, guru of delicatessen Kesao Otake, created unearthly flavouring chords for the tempted gourmets.
All these events, will definitively fix the introduction of the brightest Moscow summer into validity, and the next 3 months we can forget about vanity, having plunged into harmony with the world, ourselfes, and not to pass that, probably, the main event of our life … on BON verandah.
It finally happened – we celebrated our Fourth Birthday in a circle of our best and closest friends, we’ve cooled best prosseco and baked huge Birthday Pie for! Legendary Lui of Austin was great as usual and made our souls sing! Even the preparing to May, 9th Parad with all its street closing could not spoil the evening! We hope SO much that You’ll share with us that wonderful day for many many years ahead!
The International Women’s Day in BON will be, as always, unforgettable flash of emotions.
For one – for a long time forgotten, for others – still novel.
The exhibition of photoworks made by Fedor Markushevich (markushevich.ru) under influence of his muse, great and inimitable Oksana Merveille will be performed on the summer terrace preparing the Guests for the Perfomance of Burlesk Dive which will execute touching great songs of Vertinsky, Erta Kitt, etc. in a modern transcription with the accompaniment of a seven-stringed guitar, a contra-bass and the Afro-American dancer of a tap dance. The Chief-confectioner will prepare a magic sweet surprise for our forever-young Ladies.
World famous fashion-photographer Stephan Glathe appeared in BON absolutely unexpected as usually best things happen in our life, and was back to make a photo shut catching the magic of the place and moment. Who knows – may be that is the beginning of new love… new spring… and new future!?
